    President

                  As the President of Kappa Delta I serve the chapter as a whole. I lead our chapter council and conduct our weekly chapter meetings. I am the go-to person in Kappa Delta and am there to help serve my sisters in their every needs. While focusing on our chapter, I also work with national advisers to keep our chapter the best  across the country. I am here to lead my sisters in any was possible and make sure that our chapter succeeds in our excellent goals. I am truly honored to be able to work with every member of KD and to be chosen to lead our truly unique sisterhood.

     

        Caitlin Pleas  

    V.P. Membership

                   As the Vice President of Membership, I am in charge of creating a memorable recruitment experience for women looking to join our sisterhood in Kappa Delta. It is my prime responsibility to recruit the best new members that will continue to strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest. In addition, I work closely with our sisterhood chair to plan events for the women of KD to strengthen our relationships with one another. For those of you looking to join the Greek system in the fall, I sincerely look forward to meeting each and every one of you! 

     

          Madeline Chester

    V.P. Public Relations

                   As Vice President of Public Relations, it is my responsibility to promote Kappa Delta within the Greek community, across campus, and within the Lincoln community. I inform the public of events hosted by Pi Chapter, as well as our philanthropic endeavors and accomplishments. It is a privilege to be able to represent such an outstanding chapter!

     

       Holly Kirk

    Treasurer

                 As Kappa Delta's Treasurer, it is my responsibility to uphold the financial stability of our house. I pay the bills, collect payments, and control our chapter's budget. Being a part of Pi Chapter's Council and the University of Nebraska's Greek community is a truly rewarding experience.

     

          Cameron Karnish 

    Secretary   

                   I am the Secretary for Pi Chapter. As the lifeline between Kappa Delta and our National Headquarters, it is my responsibility to coordinate all chapter reports with National Kappa Delta as well as inform members of any correspondence. Also, I record meeting minutes to be sent to the National Kappa Delta Archives. I feel privileged to be a leader and a sister of this exceptional group of women.

       Molly Vermillion

    V.P. New Member Education

                   As Member Educator for Kappa Delta, I am in charge of the New Member Education Program. This helps new members with the transition to college and Greek life! The program helps new members learn about campus involvement, proper study habits, as well as everything about KD. I love being a familiar face for girls to come to for questions and advice!


       Amelia Breinig

    V.P. Operations

                   As Vice President of Operations it is my responsibility to guide the chapter in setting goals for academic excellence, social success, philanthropy, leadership, and membership. I serve as the chapter's "cheerleader" by motivating my sisters as we strive to reach our goals. At Pi Chapter, we hold each of these goals close to heart and strive to be "honorable, beautiful, and highest."

     

         Tayler Thomas

    V.P. Community Service

                  As the Vice President of Community Service for Kappa Delta, I am in charge of all the philanthropic endeavors we take part in. We run two annual philanthropies from our chapter home, Chilifest and KD Quesadillas. I am also in charge of coordinating campus-wide philanthropies that we as Kappa Delta participate in, such as The Big Event, Dance Marathon, and Relay for Life. These events, along with other community service projects Kappa Delta participates in help our chapter be the most philanthropic Greek Organization on campus. Being a part of this truly wonderful chapter allows us to give back to the community and to the UNL campus.


         Katherine Wiatr 

    V.P. Standards

                  As Vice President of Standards, it is my job to ensure that all of our members uphold the standards of Kappa Delta. I oversee both our academic and social standards. Throughout the year I work with the academic excellence chair to provide academic support to our members. We plan "Study Jams" at coffee shops and reward girls for academic achievement. For our social program, I assist our two fabulous social chairs plan a variety of fun activities with fraternities on campus, from our fall and spring formal to intense volleyball games at the rec and Just Dance 2 competitions in the basement. At Pi Chapter you will be sure to find classy and fabulous Kappa Deltas.
